What do you do to suppress your appetite?

While dieting, I want to have an idea of what you bros out there use to help (keyword Help) you diet and supress your appetite. Mine has always been ephedra..what about you?

Ephedrine always killed mine.
I'm the opposite, I take everything under the sun to increase the appetite.

I started Trex on Monday after reading some of the reviews....Kicks ass!!

However I find myself awake at times when I should be sleeping and thinking about how I am not hungry anymore

ephedra has been the only thing to work for me.

It actually works even when I'm taking cold medicine.

I'll usually take the cold medicine for a couple of days longer than I should.

But I stopped the ephedra all the time because i was scared of heart damage. I abused it for sooo long.

Phentermine also works great ; but gave me freaking panic attacks.

thats my experience . Nothing has worked for me but phentermine and ephedra. anyone remember Twin Lab's Thermosyn? I loved that stuff.

Now ; I'm just trying to find something a little healthier because I really dont NEED an appitite suppresant ; it just makes diet time a little more sane.

loads of water. makes me feel bloated and full. notice dont feel as hungry eating rice too. but supplement wise sida cordipholia and stimulant wise ephadrine.

water and clean food seem to work for me. eat 4 fuel, not pleasure
