4 glasses of water at just about every meal, i might go 3 glasses and some iced tea on weekends but thats how i do it, it just makes me eat less

I drink water myself, but you might want to try chrystal light instead of orange juice...especially if you're cutting.

Definetly not enough water! mostly juice , sometimes coca-cola and I try to stay away from anything that has alcohol in it . Milk it does a body good!
