what do u guys have preworkout?

Depends on what I'm working. If I want really explosive energy for a pretty brief workout I take about 2/3 of a cup of pure dextrose in a protein drink. It hits hard and fast, but the carbs dont last long at all. If I want to survive a 60 minute workout with sustained intensity I combine the dextrose with some solid carbs to slow its absorption.
