New program: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup non fat cottage cheese, 2 cups skim milk mixed with 25 grams chocolate whey protien and 1 Xanatrim tablet. I microwave the oatmeal with some of the milk/whey mix then add the cottage cheese. Tastes good and doesn't usually repeat on me during training.
I also sip on either Full Throttle or water mixed with 50 grams vanilla whey protein during training.
Post training 2 cups cranberry/grape juice with 50 grams vanilla whey protein, and 1 Citrimax capsule.
