Flaxseed oil...
I tilt my head back and pour one table spoon down my throat as not to hit my tongue too much. I barely taste it! I chase it with a whole protein shake. It kinda tastes like the fat juice that floats around a steak when you cook it...well that's probably cause it is fat.
