I was wondering what days do you work out?
I’m currently working out on monday, wednesday and saturday
But it is packed on monday and wednesday at my gym.
I'm considering moving my workouts to other parts of the week. Any idea why Mondays are so packed at the gym but the weekends are so empty I would think it would be the opposite
my main gripe is I can't find the squat rack or a bench press on Monday
