I'm getting major abdominal craming if I do any sort of Ab work. I have never had this problem before until I started up this Competition diet that I am now in the second month of. My nutritionalist says the leaner you get the more that it can become an issue. I'm only at 9.1 from 14% so far. I'm getting plenty of water and magnesium and potasium. I havn't even started my winny/clen/t3 yet. It's only my abs and no other bodyparts are cramping. Anyone experieance this on dieting?
