stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator May 16, 2018 #2 huh? if you are getting stomach cramps you should NOT be eating at all. your body doesn't want to be fed i would say you are probably eating very wrong prior to your workout and you need to make sure you are hydrated (but don't drink too much either)
