I work out at 5pm but I eat lunch @ 12-1 pm everytime I get to the gym and start getting pumped I want to throwup . This really SUCKS. Working out in the AM is not an option (which I perfer anyway) any thoughts?
Why is it that you feel like throwing up?? Because you eat at 1pm and workout at 5pm??
It shouldn't really matter what time of day you workout as long as you eat a clean meal 1hr prior to hitting the weights....or 2-3hr prior to a cardio session if fat loss is your goal....
