what brand of protein do you take &why

I have looked into this comprehensivly - looking at bulk sellers, people who sell 50 lbs bags, etc.

The best price of protein (pound of protein per dollar) is allthewhey.com's concentrate.

Not only is it better than all the powder sources, it is also better than all the natural food sources (tuna, etc.) in terms of economics.

Protein is not to be eated because it tastes good. The best method is to use a shaker, put in the x number of scoops plus whatever else (dextrose, etc.), add just enough COLD water to disolve it, shake it up, and SHUG it down. Takes a total of 20 seconds to down 55g or so of protein.

Oh garbarge.........if this isnt your profession, there is NO REASON not to be able to enjoy a frosty protein shake............taste and quality go hand in hand as you can have both..........ON Choc. mint is a prime example........

The best way to see the gains in the weight room diminish are by skimping out on protein and you most definately will if the taste is shit........

Pvl is a supp company here in canada,40$ cdn for 2lbs a little pricey but like Jkurz said you wont drink it if it tastes like shit and I agree

WPC just means it is whey protein concentrate. Hey Oak, the stuff is good..has no flavour though and seeing your canadian you should try em out, you cant go wrong with the price and you will have enough protein to almost last a lifetime!! They also sell isolate too if thats what u want($300 for 44 lbs of isolate90%) or $127 for 44lbs of wpc 80%)
