Click to expand... Yes you can count it as your daily protein bro. Just remember not to eat to much of them. moderation is key,and eaten correctly they are great.

cobracock1979 Member Jun 17, 2009 #3 I used to eat baked beans - after I washed the tomatoes sauce off em....cheap and nutricious. I think the debate rages on between people who count the incomplete proteins and those who dont.
