Where is everyone at?
Are you bulking, cutting or staying the course?

6'3"
259 (at lunch)
no clue on body fat. I would guess 16%. I still have abs they just are not what they used to be.
 
maintaining weight, just getting stronger at

5'8" 200-205 about 11-12%bf
currently on 100mg prop ed

in a month or so im going to add tren and tbol and start upping the cals

just finished up a prop/npp/dbol cycle
was on a strict diet, so made very lean gains.... started eating like a pregnant sow towards the end of the cycle through PCT now.... planning on gaining some more weight then cutting down later on
 
5'9 200 even now.still benching 365lb though so I feel good.I will be starting a power lifting ruteen geven to me by stelleto and see if I can brake 400lb and go to my first comp.

I'm around the same about 185 @ 5'8 1/2 around 13-14% and I'm just starting my 8th week in a test E cycle @500mg a week 1-12wk and deca 250 weeks 1-10

was cutting (turned into a semi bulker with adding 10lbs of clean muscle, no complaints, now maintining before going to costa rica for 5 weeks.

6'1" 205 9%...i grapple so much it is hard to get my bodyfat to go up...even when im bulking...but it probably hinders my gains overall because i dont get the long recovery periods...cause after i lift...i go fight
 
I would like to do a survey, similar, to yours but specifically ask

What are your stats including,

Chest

Waist.

Age

My chest is 44-45 after gym,
waist 30, want 29 for psychological reasons,
and I am 56, can’t do much about that.

Dude, I wouldn't lie about bein' 180lbs, even if it is at 5'7" *grin*

I used to be jealous of everyone else around here who seems to be well above the 200-lb mark, but I think that would just look dumb for my height and frame... so I'm alright with it

I should get my bf tested. A 7 point caliper test. You can see the outline of my obligues and still see 8 abs. The bottom four are getting blurry now though.
I guessed at 16%.

Probably 16% body fat

I carry body fat really well, still vascular in the arms and calves. Tend to carry fat on the torso.

Seriously though, the arms and shoulders need help.... especially the arms... at my wits' end with them. Might eventually look into getting a good trainer, just to set me up on a good program.

at least 270 grams of protien everyday. . .as much from actual meat (preferably red) as you can choke down

arm day, bi's and tri's, supersets:

1) standing barbell curls and face breakers with straight barbell, back and forth, at least five sets of each, as heavy as you can handle, cheat (throw your friggin hips into it) on your heaviest set of barbell curls

2) preacher curls on the cable machine (no let-off on top :evil: ) and cable push-downs, at least three sets of each, as heavy as you can handle

3) hammer curls (i usually do three sets, 40's, 50's and 60's) and close grips or dumbell tricep curls, at least three sets of each

4) finish with 4 sets of reverse barbell curls (for the front of your forearms) super-setted with dumbell wrist curls (for the back of your forearms)

5) once every three or four weeks do two drop sets on the cable machine with the rope, superset standing bicep curls with with push downs (i usually do 150, 130, 110, 90, 70, 50, 30)

i also swear by noxplode (or nitro explosion) before each workout

16% and STILL have visable abs? u and dennis quaid are DNA freaks!

Don't bench any more strictly dumbell inclines for mass. 140lbs @ 8 reps

I can do a shit load of pullups 3 sets of 20 usually sometimes I don't make it
Penis size, well I'm proportional to my body. Not hte biggest guy but far from the smallest, oh yeah

Pic is a bit old, I'm 10lbs heavier and about the same bf. bit bigger chest and way bigger legs as I've been squatting for 8 weeks or so. Off cycle 3 weeks and dropped 5 lbs so far.

Do they have raw lift comps? I just find it hard to be impressed when someone wears a shirt that needs 500 plus pounds applied to it so your arms will descend. Are the rules diff. for raw comps if there is such a thing?

I have not judged any raw meets.
The last meet I was at a guy who was 135 and lean a shit put up 310 before he put his shirt on. I was impressed. He did a bbing show the weekend before and won his class.

Right now im 5'11 230 16%bf and im about to start a really big bulker.
500 mg test ent a week
600mg eq a week
40mg dbol a day
50 mg anadrol a day

i hope to get up to around 255 with this one
 
6'1" 233, guessing 12.9 bf. (just love the .5's so I went with .9 :rolleyes: ) 35 inch waist. (I buy 36inch and have them altered) Faint abs, 19 3/4 inch arms.(arms have always been bigger than average) My legs have not had the attention that my upper has had, but Im working on it. That is really all the stats that I know for sure.(expect for BF)

Eating every piece of chicken, steak and fish in sight and a fuck-ton of peanut butter. Trying to kick those daily cals from ~3k up to 3500+, just upped protein to 250 - 300g daily. Currently natural until diet gets set.
