what are your fitness goals?

Great goals everyone. Lots BIG #'s there! Wow I wish I was as strong as you all.

I am working towards squatting my bdywt of 135. Deads are at 135 and ready to go higher. I don't bench, do standing military presses, would love to do 100lbs, and now at 75 for 5.

Keep on keeping on girls-valerie

My goal for the next 3 months or so is to get my upper arm strength up ... I found out I overtrained my arms for 2.5 months (of the 7 months of working out in total). The overtraining is because I changed from a (succesful) push/pull schedule to back/tri-chest/bi 2.5 months ago and I didn't monitor my strength gains enough (otherwise I would have found out much sooner).

My bicep and tricep strength is really nothing in comparison to back and chest. I can do 8 reps on dumbell curls with only 17 lbs :( and 8 reps of 35 lbs on d.b. benchpress, 4x underhand pullups @ BW 125 lbs. 4 months back that was about 12 lbs on bicep curl (so not much lower than now), but only 20 lbs on d.b. bench press and no unassisted pullups, so you can see my biceps didn't at all keep up with my chest and back :( Same with triceps, French press has been at same level for months too.

So of course, now, after giving my upper arms some weeks well deserved rest, I go back to the push/pull schedule .. Should continue making gains both in strength and size on that :)

Simple:

To be in the top three of lightweight strongwomen in the country.
To win my class in the Oregon state powerlifting championships.

And to continue with quality training, while living a quality life with quality health/strength/physique.

I would like to single digits in B.F. 9.9 % would be ok with me. I'm currently 147 at 15% so I have like 10 lbs to lose, but a hard 10 lbs. I think I'm going to try to be more patient and stop overtraining!!! Reading these boards helps a lot (much more sympathetic than my boyfriend lol ) thanks girls!
