what are your fitness goals?

I just wanna look like britney spears... well, maybe in another lifetime... but, is squatting 150 in this lifetime too much to try for?

What are everybody's fitness goals??
 
By Scottish IPF-affialiated PL open next November -

squat 120kg (260lbs or so)
DL 160kg (380lbs or so)
bench 60kg (130lbs or so)

For my meet in a month's time, um -
squat 70 or 80, DL 110, bench 50 (kg not lbs).

bodyweight is 69kg and holding (no discipline for cutting, sorry...).

My fitness goal is to eat better..I want to be able to be more focused. My husband has been cutting for personal reasons not for a comp and his nutritionist gave him a great program - he went from 280# to 250# and he looks great.

This year I hope to be more disciplined...and not be such a glutton. :D I gave up eating too much sugar and started eating more whole grains etc so I am trying. :)
 
By fall I would love to be at 13% bf. Which by the way I am so intrested to see what my body is capable of and what is underneath. I would love to have arms like Monica Brant. (which I better);) Oh, and Valentina Chepiga's legs are nice.:D

Right know I just want to feel good about myself, be healthy and active.

You can do anything you put your mind too.

squat 135
DL 135
bench 135
GM 185

At the start of the year, my original goal was to hit 135 on these 4 lifts (so I could use "big girl plates"!). Well, Monday I hit 145 on my GM, so I had to reset my goal. My 1RM on the bench is 125. Haven't done deads for awhile, but I was doing 85 for reps. I think (hope?) squats will come easy once I perfect my form.

I need to run up to the university with my friend to have my BF tested, but I'm pretty sure I have more than 10% to lose. :(
