My fitness goal is to eat better..I want to be able to be more focused. My husband has been cutting for personal reasons not for a comp and his nutritionist gave him a great program - he went from 280# to 250# and he looks great.
This year I hope to be more disciplined...and not be such a glutton. I gave up eating too much sugar and started eating more whole grains etc so I am trying.
By fall I would love to be at 13% bf. Which by the way I am so intrested to see what my body is capable of and what is underneath. I would love to have arms like Monica Brant. (which I better) Oh, and Valentina Chepiga's legs are nice.
Right know I just want to feel good about myself, be healthy and active.

You can do anything you put your mind too.
At the start of the year, my original goal was to hit 135 on these 4 lifts (so I could use "big girl plates"!). Well, Monday I hit 145 on my GM, so I had to reset my goal. My 1RM on the bench is 125. Haven't done deads for awhile, but I was doing 85 for reps. I think (hope?) squats will come easy once I perfect my form.
I need to run up to the university with my friend to have my BF tested, but I'm pretty sure I have more than 10% to lose.
