What are the best over-the-counter supplements to use to gain mass??

Glutamine is completely worthless but for some reason some people still praise it.

Agree, unless you take a huge amount or intra-venous.

Now here goes my list:

- Insulin

- B-12

- Protein Powder

I deffinately dont agree with the statement about creatine and glutamine being useless, but will safe that for another dissucion. As for food yes that is the best thing for gaining mass.if you want to put on mass fuckin eat, eat and eat some fuckin more. For a while myself was relying on protein powders and other things waiting for some overnight magical weight gain but it just dosnt happen yes it helps but you need food, lately I've been eating a shitload of food usually good food I mean the worst things I'll eat are cereal and bread but I eat a shitload I just had 2 tuna sandwiches some peanut butter and about 10 protein pancakes for lunch and I'll probably go grab something else in a bit..JUST STUFF YOUR FACE WORKOUT HARD GET ENOUGH REST AND THE GAINS WILL COME>>;)

Manny what type of insulin and protein powder.

Why is glutamine so bad?

Insulin ? No idea, but I guess the regular brands you can usually find in North America. Here in Canada slin, needles, pins, Tylenol with codeine, B-12 is OTC. But pro-hormones are illegal lol

As for protein powder. I usually take Whey 2 by Sports One, NHF or Pro-Lab.

As for L-Glutamine being a waste. Our good friend Muscle-Doc could tell you more about that but basically the absorption rate is a lot higher intra-venous.....

I have to agree. FOOD FOOD FOOD is the only thing I repeat ONLY thing that ever helped me the make the little gains I have. And I have tried almost every OTC supplement there is.

Creatine provides water retention. Eat some salty pizza and drink lots of water -- you'll get the same results.

How the hell are you comparing "salty pizza" with creatine...Im not saying creatine is a miracle supplement or anything, but come on....Its alot better than your satly pizza concept...

I found 1AD to be really effective around 300-400mg /daily. I gained around 6lbs of lbm and a couple pounds of BF (I posted my results under the supps page awhile back).

And tuna....lots and lots of tuna...unless you can buy protein supps. I'm a broke college student though.

I'm pretty sure in a couple of years everyone will be laughing at how people were suckered into buying your book if those comments are a representation of its contents
