I am looking for the best to eat with low sugar but healthy and good for you. Is watermelon a good one? I love the stuff and oranges. What do you think?

All fruit is going to be good for you. The key is portion size and servings. Just keep it to 1 serving of fruit per day and you can have anything you want.
