What are the best bodybuilding supplements?

Creatine is important, but you do not need protein powder. Just eat chicken breasts.

That doesn't really make sense. So protein powder is not needed but creatine is. You do know you can get creatine from many foods such as beef. Sure you would have to eat pounds of beef to get the necessary amount but you still can. Creatine is great but it's not like it is essential. Protein powder is pretty much powdered food. For convenience it is great. Everyone has a different opinion and I understand why guys say whole food are better (natural, micronutrients etc). Point is you could live on (extreme example) protein powder with all your carbs and fat coming from food. I know many successful bodybuilders (loads of muscle) who pretty much live on protein powder (80% of their protein intake).

I like to rotate my protein sources but protein powder is definitely one of them :)

Shut up retard who are you to say what he needs? I "need" protein powder for the convenience and I hate chicken breasts so your advice sucks. Not everybody should do what you do. He not asking what's needed as a matter of life and death. Obviously you don't technically need anything but water and food but thats not the topic at hand.

Your list is good. But can you please not call anyone such names as retard. It is unneeded and not what we want on this board. Thanks

First work on your diet before looking into any supplementation.
What is your bodyfat?
How often do you workout?
Are you an active gym teacher?
How long have been a gym teacher?
When did this problem arise?

I've been churning through a batch of milk protein concentrate. I find the slow release better for me than the faster from whey.

A lot factors could cause tiredness. You need to find out what is causing it. Could be anything from poor nutrition to low test levels. I know when I take a test booster like tribulus, in general I just feel better and have more energy.
