Vitamin C(2-5 grams day), vitamin E (400mg d-alpha form not Dl-alpha 2x day) selenium 100 mcg, 2x day( or 3-5 Brazil nuts day) Fish oil 3-6 capsules daily get a coffee grinder and grind up your own flax seeds (2 bucks bag) and have 1-3 tb of this meal daily.
Never just take vitamins or minerals once daily at least 2 x daily, vitamins C and the B-complex should be spread out 4 times a day for max. absorption.
