Here is what I think are good ME exercise for raw benching...
1) Cambered bar benching
2) Illegal Wides
3) Incline press
4) Decline press
5) Db bench press
6) 2 board press
7) Floor presses
I am a raw bencher and I think speed work is very important.Make sure your percentages are not too high on speed day.Also I use Isometric holds and 1/2 benching from the bottom sometimes to help with bottom explosiveness.Also some negatives and swiss ball work for stability.You could also try pause benching as well.You can also try to use a chest exercise as an assistance exercise
For example:
Max bp exercise-One of the above
Tri work-Jm presses or close grips
Chest work-Inclines or Db presses 4x8
Delt work-Raises
lat work-Rows
