What are 225 vs 315 vs 400 vs 500lb powerlifting "clubs"?

What are the aforementioned clubs in powerlifting terms?

225lb bench

315 lb bench

400lb squat

500lb squat / deadlift

>600lbs

Is there a reason that it's a 315lb bench press club and not 300lbs? And why no 450lbs club??

I can already squat and deadlift over 225lb but it seems 500lbs is the magic number for deadlifts. How come? Plenty of people can do way more than that: Arnold, Ronnie, Stan Efferding, Benedict Magnusson.

My bench however, is crap. Only 135lbs*5.

My targets are (minimum on left, ideally on right)

115lb upright row

200lbs-225lb barbell row and overhead press

225lb-315lbs bench

315lb-400lbs squats

450lb-500lbs deadlift

So i'm only halfway there :/

225 is 2 45 plates on each side.

315 is 3 45s on each side

405 is 4 plates on each side

500 is 5 plates on each side (495)

Whenever I go for PR's its usually by how many 45's are on each side, I never tried for a 400 PR or a 300lbs bench. Its always 315 or 405.

As far as I'm concerned if you deadlift 5 plates your in the 500 club. S my D if you disagree.

495 is 5 lbs off 500lbs so if you barely do 495 you won't get 500!

Anyway, out of curiosity I was looking through my email and from 2009 saw that I guy I used to know at only 20 years old lifted:

465lbs Deadlift
295lb Bench
375lb Squat

(numbers are funny as it's in kg and converted)

is that common/possible at 20? Crazy as it has been 5 years. At the time my gym didn't have access to a barbell (it only went up to 115lbs so I was doing shitty Smith Machine and dumbbells that ended up jumping up in 10lb increments once reaching 50lbs).

My current lifts are:

225lb Deadlift
140lb Bench
225lb Squat

I want to get to 225lb on bench, 315lb squat and 450lb deadlift as a minimum. When do gains cross over from CNS gains to muscle mass gains?? And how long would it take with 3x5 or 5x5?

I'd rather bench 315lb, squat 400lbs and deadlift 500lbs. Still can't do a chin up or a dip though and looking at Stan Efferding's lifts puts me off as he's lifting almost 4x what I can do, Ronnie Coleman does 'only' 3x

5 plate plus collars gets you very close to 500, just saying.

I've always heard it as the 1,000 lbs club etc. Bench plus squat plus dead.
