What about coffee?

Im sure it has been discussed a hundred times but whats the verdict with coffee? I can imagine not having a cup everymorning - Always use sweetner (EQUAL) along with a little half and half - Opinions?
 
In moderation it is fine. The only concern would be if you were using Ephedra or supplements such as Hydroxycut where caffeine plays a part.

Fresh ground Dark French Roast
Cold filtered water
Drip brew with gold filter

Drink black. Enjoy :coffee:

It's my one true vice, damnit. If someone tires to take it away from me, I'll kill them without pity :evil:
 
I like the appetite suppresent effects of caffine. And i like coffee, espresso, in the form of an 'Americano' or whatever. Peets italian roast very finely ground and dripped is pretty good also.

Now. However i think the problem is once the coffee buzz drops your body can go into carb craving mode. At least thats the theory.
 
I drink black coffee every morning followed by a liter of water. It tastes like crap, but it makes cardio more enjoyable.
 
I used to drink lots of coffee before, as an excuse to take a break... now I don't drink any... hell, with all the water I drink, there is no room for anything else.

Tried it a couple of times before morning cardio but it made me hyper, too hyper.
 
The benefits largely outweighs the slight disadvantages
