Im sure it has been discussed a hundred times but whats the verdict with coffee? I can imagine not having a cup everymorning - Always use sweetner (EQUAL) along with a little half and half - Opinions?
I like the appetite suppresent effects of caffine. And i like coffee, espresso, in the form of an 'Americano' or whatever. Peets italian roast very finely ground and dripped is pretty good also.
Now. However i think the problem is once the coffee buzz drops your body can go into carb craving mode. At least thats the theory.
I used to drink lots of coffee before, as an excuse to take a break... now I don't drink any... hell, with all the water I drink, there is no room for anything else.
Tried it a couple of times before morning cardio but it made me hyper, too hyper.
