No its not true because Ive wasted money on NO2 *100$* and the shit completely sucks. LOL

Just read the ingredients and look at what type of protein you are buying. Whey Concentrate is cheap where as Whey Isolate and Micellar Casein are more expensive. In this instance I think you DO get what you pay for because whey concentrate tears my stomach up and isolate digests just fine.

I go to GNC and find the Clearence shelf - Usually sitting on the clearence shelf are cases of RTD Myoplex and RTD ABB protein drinks.

We all know GNC is over priced, but the cleareance price on the RTD drinks are .59 a piece or 2 for $1.00. The reason why they are on clearence is they expire in 2 months.
