i went to te gym and done his boxing circuit by the end of this punching and other shit my arms were dead, we warmed own with quite light weights barely quarter of what i curl normally and i couldnt do it....
i think for strengh in the arms boxing circuits and other stuff which incorporates strengh etc is good for maintaining your strengh.....
i was pleasantly surprised with the results.............
practically my arms wouldnt move the day after....
some of the exercises.............
basic punches jabs hooks uppercuts etc......
skipping
dumbells
pressups
crunches
squat thrusts
and loads more exercises like that
mainly just using body resistance and no weights apart from dumbells.........
if anyone gets the chance to do anything like this do it mainly just because it adds a different edge to your training and if your with a partner you can push yourself even harder.....
