ITS THE SAME AS MARDI GRAS TIME, JUST LESS PEOPLE. STILL A LOT OF PEOPLE THOUGH.....THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK.
IT STINKS CONSTANTLY. TOO MANY DRUNK PEOPLE. TOO MANY GANGSTAS WAITING FOR AN OPPURTUNITY. TOO MANY MEAN ASS COPS WHO WORRY MORE ABOUT THE DRUNK PEOPLE THAN THE GANGSTAS CAUSING TROUBLE. TOO MANY ASSHOLES WHO GROPE ANY GIRL WALKING THROUGH. ITS BASICALLY WORTHLESS. I RARELY VENTURE INTO THE QUARTER.

I don't think so, since it's a different state. But really man, I don't think that my chances of getting arrested for public intox on Bourbon Street or in the vicinity are very good at all. When I say drunk, I'm not talking about weaving all over and falling down and slurring my speech. I wasn't shitfaced drunk, just pretty damn lit.

Fun town, except for the humidity and toilet smell. A friend of mine was going to Holland to work, and thought it was funny that they had public restroom stalls out on the streets there for pedestrians. Another friend of mine who lives in New Orleans said they have the same thing, except for the toilet part.
