do they not realize they're jeapordizing they're gains made in the region? These private security guys have been a serious point of contention with the Iraqi's...........now we're going to give them immunity before we even know if they were negligent? WTF is the point of even investigating now? Seriously, what's the fucking point? Nothing but a stern reprimand can come of it now...........unbeleivable.

There's little point conversing about it if it's already happened. I'd be more worried about the consequences of the immunity. Sure, Blackwater may have numbers of there. But the other side has numbers and the hate.

BTW, the immunity is not true, even if it were, the State department has no authority to grant immunity and it wouldn't be upheld, as per the AG.

Yeah, I just heard that on the news........seems like the JD and the SD are contradicting each other. It "appears" as if these guards would still be open to a federal prosecution. But facts are that the guards at least thought they had something because they initially refused to talk to the FBI stating their supposed immunity.............so who knows what the fuck is going on, more political bullshit over something that should be straight forward.
