So I have this problem where my left arm gives out WAYYYYY before my right arm. For example, I will be doing hammercurl bicep exercise and my right arm will not even start to feel a burn until rep#10-15....BUT my left arm starts to completely give out at rep# 6-8...>WTF?????.....So confused...should I just cut out this exercise and do something else instead OR keep at it and hope that my left arm gets stronger/better? There is NO difference in size...both of my arms seem the same size. Its just WEIRD and I was curious if anyone had this problem before and what I should do? Could this be b.c I write and am used to doing things with my right hand? Thanks

I have this problem all the time. The sides even change...sometimes my left is stronger than the right and vice versa. My trainers have just said to keep going at it and that's the only way that the weaker side will get stronger.

That's a pretty normal thing. Just keep training it and it'll - eventually - almost....catch up. My whole left side pretty much is a couple of "excruciating reps" behind my right side!

----TELL Me about it LOL....well thanks for the advice ladies!!! I'll keep trying at it. I kind of had the feeling that thats what I had to do but I just wanted to make sure it was the right thing. Its so pathetic....at least I dont look lop-sided...thank god :p

Yeah, probably just because you are right handed your right side is stronger because you use it more for everyday tasks.
