I did this today and it worked GREAT. I hit PR's in 7 out og 7 exercises on my push day... I go 60% for strength and my 3 rep-max from 3 days ago was an easier 5 rep-max today. Though i have been eating more and worked out a little harder, i feel this is the first little evidence of the Sustanon working.
BTW the rash is the same if not a little better. Hope it's either Beta-Alanine og blood blasts from squatting/goodmornings. When it's gone i will consider giving Beta-Alanine a last chance. Heard it should be nice pre-workout.
