Al's an economist and he's frustrated by the inequities displayed by the population density of poor, urban areas versus the large surface area requirements of golf courses that feature manicures grass and 18 holes and serve mainly the rich while driving up property values of the local affluents while further minimizing the residential opportunities of the disadvantaged.
