I was wondering if anyone can help me lose my last 15-20 lbs. The routine that I am doing now is running for 20 min every other day and taking xendadrine 3 times a week. My meals are low in carbs, high in veggies and moderate in protein (im vegetarian). I don't know if I've hit a plateau!!! But I haven't seen many results or lost any wieght for a month. If anyone has any suggestions on how to trim up and lose those last few that would be great. Thank you! -Stephanie
