Thanks brother. I'm enjoying it so far. I can just keep working out and when I do cardio it isn't my heart rate and breathing that are the limiting factors, it's my legs with lactic acid haha.

How are you finding the 40mg? I'm guessing that's split 20/20. Did you start with 20 and work your way up to 40?

Yeah I had two days at 20mg and jumped into 40mg. Feeling a mild strength increase and endurance. Using taurine as I did cramp a bit at the beginning on it aswell. Feeding food though bro. Taking it 20:20

2.5mg going up to 4mg will be a significant difference ! I think you will love it. Try make sure you get all your calories, water intake and look into adding some electrolytes. I just use the Voost hydrate a few times a day. When my reta goes up my body gets drained really bad. Electrolytes can really help combat the burn out.
