Weight gainer suggestion

none unless your goals are ruining your gut health and getting fat

eat a quality diet always, i don't care if you are fat or skinny, short or tall, white or brown, you always stick to a natural whole foods single ingredient diet. weight gainers work great for getting fat because they are full of ingredients which the body reacts to very strongly and goes into fat storing mode. plus they are super inflammatory.
 
I wouldn't touch that stuff. It is absolutely garbage unless your goal is to get fat. Eat real food.
