Weight Gainer products

Sorry I can't search, I'm sure this has been discussed before.

I'm finding it a bit difficult to eat enough. I really want to gain weight, but remembering to eat and trying to eat properly is like a job. I was wondering what weight gain products you guys suggest, if any. I'm probably just being a baby and need to try harder, but any info would be appreciated.

I'm thinking at least when bulking, if you are doing it right you should never get hungry during the day. Is this correct?

I am 5'10" ~140lbs. Any links to bulking diets that could apply to me would also be nice. Thanks everybuddy <--lol

Nevermind about that up there. I do have another question though. I know you are not supposed to mix fats and carbs in meals. That means my shakes with 1/2 cup oats and 2 spoons of Peanut Butter are bad huh? Would it be okay just for breakfast?

Post up your stats, height, age, weight, bodyfat, goals, your training schedule, your diet now, supplements you are currently taking, etc etc. I know you posted some of that i just wanted to make sure I hit them all. These guys on here will have no problem helping you out. As for weight gainer, i think its a waste of money, most of them taste like crap anyways and take forever to blend, so you are better off cooking anyways. Even when i was working 65 hours a week in the Marines i still found time to stuff my face.

IMO, there is nothing wrong with combining fats with carbs, albeit, healthy fats and low/medium GI carbs. The idea is to try to remain in a state of lipolysis. Consuming steel cut oats with natty PB and a few scoops of protein is fanastic, if you're trying to gain weight. Problem with 98% of the 'weight gainers' out there is that they contain maltodextrin, a high GI complex carb, which spikes your insulin levels quickly, whereas oatmea is much slower to digest.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll make an attemp at creating a bulking diet and post it up in the diet section. ty.
