Whats the best way to eat if I wanna put on mass but little fat...im 175 and 6'2....What should I eat a lot of...or how much should i eat in a day? HELP .....
Does anyone bother reading other posts around here? There must be hundreds of posts about gaining muscle mass and yet people just post away asking the same questions.
Look further down on the threads about "To blood drinker or any other intellegent bulkers" I posted a diet there and I hate repeating myself. Im 6'6 and used to weight the same as you so you shouldn't have to adjust it too much. Train hard and grow mate.
