Week 2 on cycle u can’t see any results

2 weeks well something should show

Goal:cutting phase
This is my current diet plan:
Meal1: 100g oats+1,5 scoop whey protein isolate
Meal2:70g of white rice (weight uncooked)+200g of chicken breast+varied salad
Meal3:70g of white rice (weight uncooked)+200 grams of chicken breast+varied salad
Meal 4:70g of white rice(W.U)+200 grams of lean ground beef
Meal5(veggie omlette:60 grams of oats+300 ml egg whites+veggies
For supplements im taking:
-glucosamine
-vitamin C liposmal
-multivitamin
-creatine
 
Hello guys I’m on week 2 using testosterone propionate and Trenbolone acetate, i can’t feel any changes in mood,libido or even increased aggression during training
I’m using keifi pharma for test p and sven pharma for tren acetate
I’m eating sufficient amount of protein,training well tryin to get shredded
I heard some people say that test propionate and acetate are short esters and should start working at week 2
My dose for week 1:100 test propionate + 50 tren acetate
Week 2:100 test propionate +80 tren acetate
you should be feeling both of them.. Could be fake gear....I would start from scratch and go to @domestic-supply.com and get the same esters and in 2 weeks you will be telling us how bad ass @domestic-supply.com gear is!!!! Fire Always

@Ayoub this is not a log and you didn't read my instructions on posting a LOG. You should post a new thread and add a lot more details. And your diet not the same every day i hope and you missing training, cardio, what you're injecting and when and your sleep.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

It is OK brother we all new at some point don't sweat it post a new log and work on it, hell mine is still a work in progress with my posting. Keep at it 💪
 
Great news brothers, i did bloodwork and result show very high level of testosterone 21,80 ng/ml
Do you mean 2180 ? Because 21,80 in America anyway your testosterone would be non existent as a man. Or are u speaking in Nmol/L
