Bro... just buy some very quality 'mid-grade' and save the seeds when youre rollin' up. Before no time you could have a nice little stash going and growing.

I'd say "kind" but, if I'm not mistaken, that stuff is genetically altered to not produce seeds in the buds... i think.

Marijuana seeds are legal to import IF they are sterile (unable to germinate) which does noone any good. Customs, due to the confusion on the subject, will confiscate all seeds whether sterile or not if they are found.
So in answer to your question, No, they are not legal to import.
Coca leaves gets a hell no and you won't just get a letter if you try importing it. You will get a friendly visit from your local DEA.

Hey i have a few place where u can order from and they say they send all over with thousands of satisfied customers everyday. Im just wondering what Customs does if they confiscate a pack of 10 seeds. Any clues? And thats a good point bout the genetically altered seeds that wont produce new seed never thought off that. And I would get just get some good stuff and germinate the seeds but I cut all ties between me and weed along time ago and wouldnt even know who to get it from now im just lookin for some good seeds to grow a very small amount for my own use which isnt alot plus i would like to try growin it anyways
