The officiant worked in a story about our Yellowstone trip where asians wanted to have their photo taken with me because i looked like a classic american redneck. Was pretty funny

Doin' fine buddy. Marina and I are well (she still has anxiety and keeps the house locked up), but we're well. ONE MORE MONTH AND I CAN LIFT AGAIN!!! WOOHOO!
Doc gave me the go ahead to lift light, but I can't go balls out for another month. In the meantime, I completed the Davis Stampede Half Marathon and missed my goal of a sub 2 hour half by....1 minute and 9 seconds...heh. Still a personal best for me.
