Has anyone tried just going about there day with a weighted vest worn throughout the whole day? I met some mma fighters who would do that and wouldnt focus too much on lifting. Good idea or not?
hmmm... here is my issue with that.. it seems sort of too much to carry around extra weight on a day you are planning to workout. you will wear down yourself a bit much doing that
i don't have a problem with the idea but it just seems a little too much unless you are not planning on working out that day
