Ways to cut down BF quicker?

Just wondering some more ways I can cut down my body fat quicker and still be able to make strong gains?
 
low dose gear, diet - calories under 500, train, am cardio, lots of water, sleep!
Sarms S4 or thermo's to accelarate even more.

Here's a simple, yet effective tip....
Cut out most/all of the sugar in your diet.
 
Oh really diet I never knew I actually have a pretty solid diet trying low carb before my break between cycles.
 
you don't want to ever cut down body fat quick if you want to preserve muscle.

the best thing to do is not gain fat to begin with, but if you do get lazy with your diet and exercise and need to drop fat you do it slowly. muscle will burn away just as fast as fat will
 
Low dose gear I'm not sure how low of a dose it is but eq 300mg and test c 300mg. Calories under 500 that sounds kinda low.
 
tabatta/HIIT/CF style workouts shed fat. Used appropriatly in conjunction with strenth work its easy to make muscle gains and cut fat BUT they do burn a lot of cals so you may find you actually have to eat more or you will quickly overtrain.
 
This is what I did and have lost weight and body fat.
Low dose of test.. to start with
But a big focus on my diet. Alot of tuna, protein shakes etc.
I've cut out sugars (food and drinks) and have focused on putting protein in my body.
1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

I'm sick of tuna- but it's magic man..
Also watch what kind of protein drinks you take. Alot of them are loaded with sugars.
Beverly International puts out a good protein shake without the sugars.
 
I'm not saying so quickly that it will have effects on muscles I went from keg to almost having a six pack for the first time ever I didnt think I would get to this point till summer strong 2 months at the gym.
 
My leanest-ever was accomplished by cutting out sugars and keeping overall carbs pretty low. Lots of protein and AM cardio on an empty stomach. Clen/ECA stack rotated 2weeks each. I only did this for 5 weeks and went from 205 10% to 180 and maybe 7% tops, I looked freakin' ridiculous! Also I had tren/winny in me to stave off catabolism. So yeah, mainly it's diet and cardio, then the hormones and additives can speed it up nicely.

If ya went from 205 @10% to 180 @ 7% you burned 8lbs fat meaning the other 2/3 of that was muscle. That's not exactly good in my book unless u were off on those numbers. Think I'd rather have the bodyfat with the extra 16lbs of muscle Bc that's a good bit of muscle there :/. And AM cardio burning carbs in a carb depleted state from just waking up? Idk bout that one either. Get this man some sugarbombs at least sheesh. Orrrrrr a well balanced breakfast
 
Well alot of the extra weight I lost was water-weight. I had been on 700mg/week of test enth with no AI, then went to tren/winny, so all the water drained out. I actually got stronger as I got leaner, so believe me I didn't lose much, if any, muscle. I'm only 5'5", I was carrying a pretty good amount of bloat before I started and the low-carbs got rid of that quickly, i lost about 7 or 8lbs of bloat in the first week.
