Just wondering some more ways I can cut down my body fat quicker and still be able to make strong gains?
Here's a simple, yet effective tip....
Cut out most/all of the sugar in your diet.
My leanest-ever was accomplished by cutting out sugars and keeping overall carbs pretty low. Lots of protein and AM cardio on an empty stomach. Clen/ECA stack rotated 2weeks each. I only did this for 5 weeks and went from 205 10% to 180 and maybe 7% tops, I looked freakin' ridiculous! Also I had tren/winny in me to stave off catabolism. So yeah, mainly it's diet and cardio, then the hormones and additives can speed it up nicely.
