I disagree - feels very heavy in the stomach, and makes me feel quite bloated, and very tired. I'm not sure why but I'm aware carbs can affect serontonin and tryphyton which can make you sleepier.

This is all quite handy when I train in the evenings though, as I hate going to bed hungry and I've been sleeping more solidly since WMS

wms is digested extremly fast and shouldnt bloat you at all. i guess it depends on what you are taking with the wms. maybe try just waxy immediatly post wo and then hit some protein about 15 to 20 mins after that

NO bloat for me. I take it with about 60 grams of Whey post workout and I am all good. I used to take it before my protein but just combined it and couldn't tell a difference.

I struggle to comsume complex carbs during the day in work. Apparently this stuff is pure ground oats and dissovles straight into water!!! Cheap as well

No bro. Waxy is the shit. No bloating at all. BUT you have to make the right solution. Waxy needs to be in a 5%-7% solution of water. So for 100 grams of powder you will need 2 liters of water for a 5% solution. This is key for proper nutrient absorption and gut clearance. If you don't have the solution right it won't clear the gut properly and you could possibly bloat or have a heavy stomach like some one mentioned.
