i know it sounds weird.. but i hate water.. does it really make a difference id i drink calorie and sugar free sparkling water

I think nothing is better than pure water... sorry to burst your bubble. Actually though, I used to HATE water myself. But eventually, you end up LOVING it. It may be hard to believe now, but you'll see. Try putting a lot of ICE in your glass - it worked for me! ;)

The calorie-free and sugar-free water is better than nothing. Crystal light is also good - is is very low cal (like 5cal a serving) and sugar free. Add it to your water, makes a huge difference.

Another thing you can do it take 8oz of flavoried water, add it to a gallon of water. It flavors the water slightly, but is still mostly pure water.

Also, you can squeeze lemon into water, for an orange, for flavors. :)

I agree w/ the above. The idea of drinking on the order of a gallon of water / day is to keep the garbage moving out of your system (flushing) & also keep things hydrated. Personally I like the idea of regular water w/ some orange, lime or lemon squeezed into it. The other stuff has "stuff" in it. Its processed. Granted I'm speaking in the big picture (it won't kill you to drink the flavored stuff) but I would make the larger percentage of water-like liquids regular water and the smaller percentage the 'other' stuff. To accommodate costs, I use a filtering water pitcher & keep it in the fridge. Cold water is better than warm water! I suppose you could squeeze some orange / whatever in the pitcher and let it "steep".
