dont take in too much sodium as it will cause water retention, also creatine causes water retention. a typical cutting diet, fat burner supplement, and cardio will lower water retention
Low carb diets will make you retain less water. Keep sodium low. You could also add a natural diuretic like dandelion root, or use a real drug like lasix. Clenbuterol really seems to suck the water out of me as well.
How far out would you recommend I start Taraxatone before my Sat. show? Assuming that I am carb depleting to ketosis the week before then carb loading starting Tuesday night...
Also... Do you have any general recommendation as far as sodium/pottasium intake before the big day???
I can't help you there, never taken taraxatone but heard its' pretty powerful so beware of dehydration. I know people get into glycerol and mess around w/ diet a whole lot the last few days and hours but really I haven't competed so can't tell u much sorry.
