water retention

Is there anything i can get over the counter that will help get rid of the small amount of water retention i see in my face... caused by test...? its not too bad but i have a hot weekend planned and don't really want my face puffy... or should i just live with it?

aside from nolvadex keep your diet clean ex. stay on a low sodium, complex carb and lean protiens only, drink plenty and (only) water and you should be good 2 go.

Well if your only interested in OTC products;

you could also get some "dadelion root". It acts as a mild dieuretic, and drink a lot more water.

Definitly keep your sodium intake down-And no whoppers from BK-They will blow your face up big time!

Try Taraxatone,.............It worked excellent for me last week. It's the only OTC diuretic that's worked for me so far.
