Lobo,

Can you help me out when it comes to the food dept. I know what I should be eating but I'm looking for some expert advice as FOOD is my number one killer! :mad:

I need something to follow to a T !
I want to cut. Gotta shed my extra bf.

Do you have any diets written up so I can follow it? Anything would be muchly appreciated!

word, I wish I could get someone to write me a diet that would work... I don't have the energy to design my own "shift-diet." bump for you.

Weight
Your workout
What you are eating now

I am not sure what exactly your statistics are, but this is what i do:

First meal (8:30-9:00am): Protein (30gm), Egg White on Wheat Bread or Bagle

11:30: Snack (like drink GREEN TEA, increases metabolism)

1:00: Half a chicken breast sandwich

2:30 the othe half of that sandwich


3:30: chicken or vegetable soup

5:00: Tea or soda, light chips or something

7:00: Dinner, try to stick to something healthy, like Tuna or chicken breast
 
tripleV its only through trial and error that you will know what works for you and what doesnt.........every person responds in different ways to diet and exercise.
You can follow general rules bu cutting out certain curbs and increase your protein intake, water and do some form of cardio..........
There are no magic tricks at all.........
Here is my cutting up diet.
Meal 1 : 5-6 egg whites/oatmeal/ or oatmeal/protein shake.
Meal 2 chiken breast/oatmeal or yams
Meal 3 same as above........
Meal 4 chiken or tuna salad with yams
Meal 5 egg white omelet/brocolli
Meal 6 MRS
Meal 7 Tuna or egg whites/ veggies
Gallon of water a day
Cardio 3-4 times a week..........
Experiment and see how your body responds........
I do better with high protein low carb diets....

Wow, this is amazing. It sounds liek my diet! Only I eat 5 times a day (I have no MRS) and throw in lots of sweet potatos and whole grain braed so I get more carbs in my diet than yours. But the oatmeal, chicken tuna and egg white I eat 7 days a week!!!
 
MarkFlC5 the only time that I use MRS is when Im very busy and lazy to cook............otherwise I try to stick to real meals.........
Love yams and oatmeal :)
