Diet, you're welcome

In order of importance: Diet is first.. Training is second.. Supplements are an unnecessary third

No matter what 'fat loss supplement' you take, if your training and diet aren't on point, you're wasting your time.

Thanks. I eat clean and train. I am returning from ACL surgery which sucks. Pretty much had back to back illness & surgery since Nov last year!! Only really getting back in the game now..

I just want to know what the best stack would be to shred fast ;)

Cheers :)

100% correct !

X 3 with an added dose of Patience. Not trying to be snip - but, "fast" is most likely going to be water and muscle with minimal fat..... guessing already experiencing "some" muscle loss due to your situation..... add in inability to train hard and heavy, slower metabolic rate - you will sorta shoot yourself in the foot and create the opposit of what you want with FAST.

Adjust your Nutrition ..... train heavy and dedicated....adjust nutrition accordingly as you go and TRY to be patient. Do NOT add in Cardio in excess either.

A "supplement" stack - based on the info you have provided - is not what you need.

Patience is VERY difficult, believe me, I KNOW!! But, it is worth the blood, sweat, work, and time put into slow and steady fat loss/muscle gain - in turn...increased metabolic rate and results long term with the end result being a body you busted your ass for!

Thanks honey!! Haha!! That elusive "quick fix" isn't always best, and never long-term!! Ahhh, I need to learn to be patient! But all I wanna do is bust my ass back to booty-liciousville! Ahhh , c'est la vie & wise words, thank you my friend ^_^

Not saying this applies to you, BUT.. I hear a lot of people that say they 'train hard and eat clean' to THEM, but when someone with more experience and education regarding these things takes a look at their plan, they're way off base. Until we see exactly what you're eating and doing in the gym, we won't know.

I mean, in all honesty.. And if you see my other posts, I'm a big advocate for this.. If you eat correctly and train hard, unless there's a medical issue happening, you WILL be successful.

I am much like you. As I have gotten older I have slowed down my expectations. Now I go by slow and steady. Since I switched my thought process from "i want it now" to "I'm going to do this right" I have had awesome results. No rebounds etc.
The best thing you can do if you are serious is to start a journal in this forum. List everything you eat and drink, how much, when etc. Also list every workout. What it does is keep you on the straight and narrow. So you don't cheat and you don't skip days. It also allows others to see what you are doing and help you fine tune things so you don't make the same mistakes they have made. That speeds up results. Lastly, you will motivate others and have a support system on here. Sometimes in the real world its hard to find others who are driven to reach there goals.
Best of luck!
