Wanted feedback on a cut cycle..?

I
Mean the real only way to tell is blood work so I'll go that route. I read that post everyone says something different but the general consensus is time on equals time off at the least plus PCT good look on the article

The less recovery becomes a issue meaning because you'll be back on, it won't matter? Or the less recovery becomes a issue because?

It means you were not at homeostasis long enough with normal natural test levels. If you are constantly suppressing yourself too soon, you will have a harder and harder time recovering every cycle. Guys that push the envelope on cycling too often are the ones that end up on TRT for life

Ok now I understand what you ment...so from your perspective would you say time on = time off plus PCT? I mean like I said there is no denying the blood test but even then just cuz it's back to normal id wait a while then go back on..

For general guideline purposes, time on plus pct would equal time off is a good rule of thumb. Of course that is provided that bloodwork is good to go.

As an example, if you ran a 12 week cycle and 4 week PCT, you should take 16 weeks before cycling
