Want to try Clen...

I was going to try clen to loose fat. I do about 20 minutes of cardio a day but I feel like there is no difference unless I am taking a supplement. I have been taking adipokinetix but I don't feel like it is working anymore. Any suggestions on something to really burn the fat? Is Clen a good choice?

Nothing works unless you have a sound diet. As for cardio you are going to have to do more than that. Try 30 to 45 minutes each morning and then you will see the effect. Remember there is no magic pill to fat loss. No matter how much clen, T3, or ECA you do, the results will be minimal if you are eating like shit all the time
 
you might try flax seed oil or some other dietary supplament. but yes you do need to do more than just 20 mins of cardio. you need to bump it up a notch and go for at least 45mins. cardio is only a key element you also need to train your diet. try filler foods likesugar less jello or ice berg lettece salads. fillers you know what i mean. so good luck

Sorry yenigma...I didn't mean to piss you off. :) As for everyone else, thank-you. It's just discouraging to work out so much and see minimal results. I guess I'm just looking for a miracle wanting to be a model overnight!

As for my stats, I really don't know my BF%...I know, I suck. : )
I am 21 years old; 5'8" female. I shouldn't say that I am "fat" but can defintily use some cutting, or toning. I weight about 138...i think. I work out everyday...i do low weight at high reps and do about 20-30 minutes or cardio a day.
But about this flax seed oil...I found this on it:

so I have been doing my research. Can you tell me anything else on it? Is it worth it? How do you take it?

There is "no magic pill" but the closes thing you can get to it is DNP. Now I am not a supporter of this unless nothing else has worked and judging by the amount of supplements you have tried and assuming you probably have a decent diet, you are probably ready in my book. DNP works for everyone that I have talked to. Do some research and do a lot of it, then decide for yourself. That would be my choice at this point at least for you.

Whoa --- your a woman- sorry didn't see that earlier-- umm I have also read that DNP causes cataracts is 1% of woman. I couldn't let you go without you knowing that risk. Kind of weird, only women get it and not men, but thought you should know.

I think you might be making a mistake a lot of women make: Using high volume workouts to lose weight. Try this, do your cardio in the am (3-5x week), and workout with weights later in the day 3-5x's a week using lower volume workouts (eg 6-10 reps, 2-3 sets, 1 or 2 major bodyparts per day) and rest at least 2 days a week. Go to BodyForLife.com or find a good muscle building program. Don't worry, you're not going to turn into a hulking shemale, but you will add muscle which will help you speed up your metabolism making it easier to lose fat and keep tone, plus added muscle will noticably improve your overall appearance.

Consider using an ECA stack, a multi, and a lean Protein supplement that should serve as 2 or 3 of your meals each day (you should have 5-6 small clean calorie servings per day). Try to drink a gallon of H20 per day also. Devote 8-12 weeks to this and you should be able to turn the tables in your favor in fighting fat. Once you get things going in the right direction, then you can consider using a clen or even a clen/T3 cycle and maybe AS. But get your training/diet squared away first.
 
Thank-you so much Pimpn. I am going to go to the website right now and see what I can find. I tried taking a Lean Body shake by Labrada (or something like that) and it was awful. I wanted to gag...I wanted to try and mix it with milk to try and fix the taste but I wasn't sure if I was able to do such a thing. Thanks for your help though as far as a workout is concerned.

I know it is very tempting to try to find that quick fix and how frustrating it is to think you are working your ass off and nothing happens. But like everyone else has said DIET is going to be the main componant of your plan. Have you posted your diet?? I had a lot of success with Xenadrine and a meal replacement Cytoplex. Both are from cytodyne:

I did this during the week, then ate reasonably on the weekend.

Also, here is some info on the DNP..
The substance; 2, 4-Dinitrophenol has many other brand names such as, 1 Hydroxy-2,4-dinitrophenol, Solfo Black, Nitrophen, Aldifen, and Chemox are just a few and is among many things, a metabolic stimulant. That is it's popularity here in our world, it burns fat like no other. Let me just tell you of it's other uses before I continue. First, it is a toxic dye, chemically related to Trinitrophenol (Picric Acid), second, it is found in insecticides, wood preservatives, herbicides, explosives, and is also a hazardous material. Third, it is used in science to couple or attach to DNA molecules. Thank-you for your help. I am going to do my research but in the meantime, I am going to up my dose of adipo and also up the cardio. Maybe this will help.

The cytoplex tastes good. The only draw back is the texture. You need to shake, not blend, and drink it right away. Otherwise, it gets way too thick. I think because it is a meal replacement and gets thick so you are more full. Personally, i think the met-rx is the nastiest drink i ever tasted!
 
YOu might want to do a search here for info on healthy fats--like flax, borage, olive oils. You can find a ton of great info in the archived posts.

Also, if you haven't read WarLobo's post "When 30 + 30..." on upping your cardio.

Personally, light weights and high reps just make my gym-ADD kick in and I get bored. I lift as heavy as I can go for 6-10 reps, and don't have a chance to space out.

Remember--the faster fat comes off, the faster it'll come back. Go for a 1-2 pound a week loss and it'll stay off.
 
Thank-you for the advice on the cardio workout. I am definitly going to up my time to 60 minutes on the bike instead of 25-30. : ) I am so excited to hit the gym tommorow!
