I know it is very tempting to try to find that quick fix and how frustrating it is to think you are working your ass off and nothing happens. But like everyone else has said DIET is going to be the main componant of your plan. Have you posted your diet?? I had a lot of success with Xenadrine and a meal replacement Cytoplex.
