They're animals. Nobody with any logic is saying there are not criminal profiteers involved here. That is not the same as the original claim from chefboner that all these black people purposely stayed in NO to maybe get a chance at stealing shit. That's absurd.

not sure how many natural disasters or emergency situations youve been in but i will tell you this is fact. there are people who will stay behind to do exactly what were talking about. that is fact, ive seen it, i know it. not only that, but people will actually enter the area even though govt agencies and news people tell them IT IS dangerous.

im not saying this about any one people, im saying this because it is fact, it happens. you figure the rest out.
