I don't have the chance to run for my cardio, but Ido walk a lot with my wife – we can make a 2-3 hour long walk. SoI'd like to know if walking so much can equal a session of runningcardio? Will it help lose fat?
Thank you Steve for the kind words! Will that much walking contribute to fat loss? I don't expect drastic changes just because of walking, but some improvements would be great.
